It is the mission of 'Friends of Penshurst Church' to raise funds to maintain, repair, protect, restore, improve and reconstruct the fabric of ‘St John the Baptist Church’, Penshurst, including its monuments, fixtures, fittings, furniture, stained glass or chattels and its churchyard for the benefit of the public.

27th - The Great Penshurst Duck Race. Gates open at Noon and the race starts at 1:15pm.
Great fun for all the family and don't forget to buy your ducks from the Farmers' Market or at Forge stores before the event.
There will be prizes for the winners and a special prize for the 'large' duck race with ducks that are decorated by the school children. This is separate race that is held prior to the main event.
